For most changes you can go to My Sunweb up to 5 days before departure! Here you can easily and quickly change your details online. You will receive an adjusted invoice by e-mail within a few hours for confirmation.
Please note: did you book a holiday including flights? Then you can only request a name or date of birth change via My Sunweb by completing the form that you will find under 'Edit'. Please note that the change may be charged by the airline.
