It is really important that you continually check the EasyJet flight tracker to find out if your flight has been cancelled or delayed, especially if there are severe weather conditions at your location. 

If your flight has been cancelled before you leave home

• Please do not go to the airport and try to rebook your flight on the EasyJet website. If you have a transfer booked with Sunweb please contact your local airport transfer supplier, with your new flight arrival time/flight number and inform us per email.
  If not possible to rebook your flight on the EasyJet website, please call the Sunweb office or emergency number to discuss the options.
  
  

If your flight is delayed but still scheduled to depart on the same day

• Please head to the airport as planned. You do not need to call the Sunweb emergency number at this moment as they do not have any extra information about the EasyJet delays or cancellations.
  If you have a transfer booked with Sunweb please contact your local airport transfer supplier, with your new flight arrival time.

If your flight is cancelled once you get to the airport

• If you get to the airport and the flight is cancelled, please immediately go to the EasyJet desk and ask for more information on what to do next. More information regarding the easyJet policies for overnight delays and cancellations can be found here. If you are booked onto a new flight and have a transfer included with us, please contact your local airport transfer supplier, with your new flight arrival time/flight number and inform us per email.

Please note: failure to contact your transfer provider could affect your transfer when you arrive.
