Holidays with positive travel advice

 

Currently, we will only continue with holidays to destination with positive travel advice. We are closely following the foreign travel advice set by the UK Government. You can view this information here

For us, the most important factor is that every element of your holiday is safe and adheres to local COVID-19 measures. This is why we will only continue to offer destinations that implement these measures and guarantees you a safe and comfortable holiday. 

However, we do understand in these uncertain times you may change your mind. Which, is why if you decide not to continue with your holiday you can rebook your holiday free of charge up to 6 weeks before departure. Or if you have chosen to upgrade to our 'Extra Flexible Rebooking Guarantee' you can rebook your holiday up to 2 weeks before departure. 

 

Holidays with negative travel advice

 

Many holiday destinations can change from positive to negative travel advice. If this happens with your holiday destination, no later than two weeks before departure, we will contact you to discuss if you would prefer to rebook your holiday or choose to cancel. If you opt to cancel your holiday you will receive a financially protected credit note or, if you booked with our 'Cash Refund Guarantee', you will receive a cash refund within 14 days.

We are closely following both local and international advice and, we will always inform you of any changes at the latest two before your departure date. We are working hard to ensure that before you travel it is safe to do so. Which is why we have created our 'holiday checklist'. We will always follow both local and international advice as well as the safety measures implemented. We want you to travel with complete confidence and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. Before you travel we will always check to see if your holiday meets our safety criteria and if it does you can travel with complete peace of mind. If we have any concerns we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative.  

Price Guarantee for Refund Credit Noteholders

If your holiday was cancelled in light of the unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances due to the COVID-19 outbreak, you will have now received financially protected Refund Credit Note. We promise that if you rebook your holiday within 12 months of your previously cancelled holiday will be able to rebook the same holiday for the exact same price using your Refund Credit Note with our Price Guarantee.

Cash Refund Guarantee

If you are planning on booking a ski holiday this 2020-2021 winter season but are concerned that you will not get your money back if the situation changes with regards to COVID-19 you do not need to hesitate. If the foreign travel advice for your destination changes 14 days before your departure, due to COVID-19, you will get a cash refund, guaranteed.
