At Sunweb, our mission is to create unforgettable experiences during your well-deserved holidays. At this moment, we are working hard in order to prepare for next season. Which is why we have created our holiday checklist. Our checklist includes criteria which will ensure it is safe for you to travel to your chosen destination. We follow both local and international advice in addition to safety measures in place. We want you to be able to stay at the accommodation you have chosen and enjoy all that the local area has to offer. If your booked holiday can not match our holiday checklist we will contact you and discuss with you what may be the best option for you. Your safety is always our top priority, but we also want you to enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

Health and safety is our main priority 

During the outbreak of COVID-19, we have all learnt a little bit about preparation and the importance of finding out the facts before setting off on a journey of any kind. Therefore, we would like to advise you to check the websites of the local authorities before you depart. At every step of the way, there will be extra health and safety measurements in place to keep everyone safe and healthy. Sunweb is working closely with Cristal Intertek who will check the health & safety regulations in all of our residences, hotels, transfer busses and other facilities.

If you were abroad at the time of the outbreak and you booked a package holiday which included flights, we made sure that you and your loved ones returned home safely, at no extra cost. We are working hard to ensure that before you travel it is safe to do so. Which is why we have created our 'holiday checklist'. We will always follow both local and international advice as well as the safety measures implemented. We want you to travel with complete confidence and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. Before you travel we will always check to see if your holiday meets our safety criteria and if it does you can travel with complete peace of mind. If we have any concerns we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative.  

Price Guarantee for Refund Credit Note holders

If your holiday was cancelled in light of the unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances due to the COVID-19 outbreak, you will have now received financially protected Refund Credit Note. We promise that you will be able to rebook the same holiday for the exact same price using your Refund Credit Note.

Cash Refund Guarantee

If you are planning on booking a ski holiday this 2020-2021 winter season but are concerned that you will not get your money back if the situation changes with regards to COVID-19 you do not need to hesitate. If the foreign travel advice for your destination changes 14 days before your departure, due to COVID-19, you will get a cash refund, guaranteed.
