It is really important that you continue check the easyJet flight tracker to find out if your flight has been cancelled or delayed, especially if there are severe weather conditions at your location. 

If your flight has been cancelled before you leave home
  • Please do not go to the airport. You will need to contact the Sunweb office or emergency number to be re-booked onto the next available flight. 

If your flight is delayed but still scheduled to depart on the same day

  • Please head to the airport as planned. You do not need to call the Sunweb emergency number at this moment as they do not have any extra information about the easyJet delays or cancellations. 

If your flight is cancelled or delayed once you get to the airport

  • If you get to the airport and the flight is cancelled, please immediately to the easyJet desk and ask for more information on what to do next. More information regarding the easyJet policies for overnight delays and cancellations can be found here. If you are booked onto a new flight, please contact our local airport transfer supplier, Ski Lift, with your new flight arrival time/flight number.

Please note: failure to contact Ski Lift could affect your transfer when you arrive. 

Important Note: You will be able to re-book your flight at the easyJet desk. However, you will not be able to log into the manage your booking website.
